The top mounted parking air conditioner adopts an independent power supply system, with a typical operating power of around 1kW, and consumes only about 8 kWh of electricity per night (measured in 8 hours). If supplemented by on-board lithium batteries or external mains power, its operating cost is extremely low and can be almost negligible. In the long run, a heavy truck driver can save thousands or even tens of thousands of yuan in fuel costs annually. In addition, it also avoids problems such as engine carbon deposition and increased wear caused by long-term idling, indirectly saving high maintenance costs. The investment return cycle is very short, and usually the fuel cost saved in one summer can cover most of the equipment purchase costs.

Description of Coolpro2200 AC for Truck Cabin

Is there a good way for aftermarket cooling solutions applied for the commercial vehicles such as forklifts, tractors, farm equipment, heavy equipment, cranes, excavators and so on. With many years working with this commercial vehicles and with some economical reasons consideration, many customers don’t have the cooling device or have a bad performance of cooling device in their commercial vehicles, when they work in the operator cabs in summer, that is very unbearable to working well.

With the improvement of living standard, the operators will not need to work so hard. In these years, to install an external air conditioner for commercial cabs is very popular and acceptable by more and more drivers. KingClima promote the CoolPro2200 model of truck air conditioner is more smaller and compact for the small cabs. It has only 680mm*710mm*130mm. Compared with the original rooftop truck air conditioner, this one is more suitable for the small cabs and the cooling capacity is 2200W, which is enough for most of the commercial vehicles cabs cooling solution.

Light and thin appearance, saving space.
The outdoor shell is made of nylon plastic and polycarbonate plastic mixture. Has stronger toughness ,Good rust prevention and No color fading performance.

1. High power condenser
2. Low voltage protection
3. Rapid cooling
4. Simple and convenient installation

The top mounted parking air conditioning provides a quiet, stable, and controllable resting environment. Firstly, its operating noise is much lower than the roar and vibration of the vehicle engine idling, usually isolating the noise source outside the roof. The indoor unit operates at a lower decibel level, creating an almost quiet sleeping space for the driver, which is conducive to quickly entering deep sleep. Secondly, it can accurately maintain a suitable indoor temperature (such as around 26 ℃ in summer), avoiding problems such as shallow sleep, frequent dreams, and mid night awakenings caused by high temperatures and stuffiness. It also eliminates noise, mosquitoes, and safety hazards caused by using inferior fans or opening windows for ventilation.

Adopting high‑efficiency conversion circuit design, it reduces energy loss during power conversion. Rugged housing and built‑in cooling fan prevent overheating during continuous operation. Certified with CE and RoHS standards, this portable inverter is a reliable backup power solution for daily mobile electricity needs.

The core working principle of parking air conditioning is to detach from the original engine power of the vehicle and rely on additional auxiliary power sources such as on-board battery packs, on-board generators, external mains or solar power to drive the compressor and achieve heat exchange. Similar to the principle of household air conditioning, the heat inside the cab or cabin is transferred to the outside through refrigerant circulation, thereby achieving the purpose of cooling. This design completely changes the dilemma that drivers and passengers can only rely on the vehicle’s original air conditioning (which requires idling, high fuel consumption, and damages the car) or endure harsh environments when parking and resting, providing a professional and independent temperature control solution.

The cooling capacity of 2200 is 2200W,7480BTU. 2200 can be applied to a variety of models, trucks, passenger cars, transport vehicles, agricultural machinery and other can be installed. 2200 beautiful appearance, low noise, can provide drivers with a comfortable rest environment.
