01 Factory Visit Preparation

02 On-site Observation

II. This workshop is an automated refrigerant (Freon) filling station for parking air conditioning systems, employing a high-pressure liquid filling process: After pre-vacuuming (vacuum degree ≤50Pa), the system uses a servo-controlled filling gun to precisely connect with the high-pressure interface (H port) of the air conditioning pipeline. R134a refrigerant is quantitatively injected according to the vehicle model's calibration parameters (500-800g/unit). During the process, the pipeline pressure is monitored in real time (high pressure during filling ≤1.6MPa), and the interface sealing is tested using a leak detector (accuracy 10⁻⁶Pa・m³/s).
The production line is equipped with a dual-rail conveyor system, combined with visual positioning to achieve automatic filling gun docking. The single-unit filling cycle time is ≤40 seconds. A refrigerant recovery device is also installed to ensure that the workshop environment concentration meets the GB/T 7778-2017 safety standard. All process data (filling volume, pressure curve) is uploaded to the MES system in real time to ensure batch consistency.
III. This room is specifically for testing the "heat resistance and cooling" of parking air conditioners. First, turn on all the heaters around the room to stabilize the temperature at around 37 degrees Celsius (approximately the temperature inside a car under the hot summer sun), simulating the high-temperature environment encountered during actual air conditioner use.
Once the temperature stabilizes, connect the air conditioner to the power supply and pipes, and run it at its highest cooling setting. We mainly observe the following: First, whether the air vents can cool down quickly; ideally, the air coming out should be at least 27 degrees Celsius lower than the room temperature (for example, if the room temperature is 37 degrees Celsius, the air vents should cool down to around 10 degrees Celsius to be considered acceptable); second, the air conditioner's "heart," the compressor, and monitor its power consumption; it shouldn't fluctuate wildly beyond the normal range; third, the refrigerant pressure in the pipes; the high pressure should not exceed 18 atmospheres, and the low pressure should not be lower than 2 atmospheres, otherwise there may be a leak or blockage.
This air conditioner needs to run continuously for two hours in a room at 37 degrees Celsius. During this time, you have to monitor the room temperature to ensure it doesn't fluctuate, and you also have to touch the air conditioner's power cord and connectors to check if they're hot. After testing, you have to apply soapy water to the pipe connections to check for any bubbling or refrigerant leaks.
All this trouble is to ensure that the air conditioner can withstand the heat under the hot summer sun, keep the car cool, and doesn't break down easily.
