At the same time looking for the best and best transport refrigeration units that provide the highest performance in cold-chain transportation.

Warranty Information

• 2 years warranty of bus air conditioner,

• 2 years warranty of Re-build BOCK/BIZTER/HIGHLY/ Compressor,

• 1 year warranty of bus A/C system parts,

• 1 year warranty of transport refrigeration units,

During warranty period, any problem cause by KingClima product quality, we will repair for free. in order to further service for old customer, KingClima also give an 1-2 years Extended Warranty of the bus air conditioner & transportation refrigeration units for a reasonable charge, furthermore KingClima factory will provide bus air conditioner parts or truck refrigeration units parts at factory price for customers in lifetime.

The purpose of bus air conditioning system warranty & truck refrigeration units warranty is to protect the end-user of KINGCLIMA product from such defects and provide free repair and replacement of the defective parts, after inspection. During the warranty period the exclusive remedy will be for KingClima, at their discretion, to repair or replace those parts which are demonstrated to be defective in material or technology processing.

Warranty for Bus air conditioner Conditions :

KingClima is offering a specialized range of bus air conditioning system used for any type of bus manufacturer, either all-electric bus, shuttle bus and transit bus or tourism bus, school bus, city bus, and other coaches, of any dimensions, fed to diesel oil or gas-oil or all-electric battery. The bus A/C system warranty is:

• 24 months warranty from in-service date on original vehicle.

• 27 months warranty from the date of original sale by KingClima for vehicles not registered.

Extended Warranty

One year to Two years (1-2 years) on any bus air conditioner unit. Offer is available upon request.

Replacement

Six (6) months or the reminder of the original warranty period whichever is longer.

Warranty for Bus A/C Parts:

The bus A/C Parts is mainly included condenser, evaporator, compressor, clutch, received dry, control system, hose, blower, fitting, fan and so on. Generally KingClima bus A/C system parts warranty is 1 year, while rebuild BOCK/BIZTER/HIGHLY/ compressor warranty is 2 years, when involving the no rebuild compressor warranty, only replacement compressor parts and the compressor parts have 1 year warranty. Wrong usage or wrong handling excepted.

Warranty for Re-build BOCK/BIZTER/HIGHLY/ Compressor

2 years warranty from the date of Rebuild BOCK/BIZTER/HIGHLY/ Compressor invoice

Warranty for Transport Refrigeration Units Conditions :

12 months warranty from the date of transport refrigeration units invoice. All truck/van refrigeration units repairs must be done immediately after discovering the failure. Claim must be filled within 30 days of the repair.

Extended warranty

One year to Two years (1-2 years) for all the replaced transport refrigeration units parts and components from date in service.

All returned truck refrigeration units parts shall be shipped to the KingClima if requested. Transportation, travel, pick-up, delivery, shipping cost, lost of use, lost of revenue, consequent damages are NOT covered by the Warranty. All parts shall be hold for up to 90 days for inspection. Warranty Policy and Limited

To ensure the quality of KingClima’s after-sales service, maintain the benefits of the users of KingClima products, we make the following service rules conformity with the quality law and some other regulations and standards:

Ⅰ. Activate the service to serve the product user effectively, please return the product receipt or visit our website( www.KingClima.com ) to register to enable the company to provide effective archiving, tracking and services

Ⅱ. Proof of The Warranty: the driver’s ID card, the original driving permit of the vehicle (or purchasing receipt), and the corresponding “Product Maintenance Manual”

Ⅲ. Object Warranted : Only the whole A/C assembly for bus or coach provided by KingClima Industry.

Ⅳ. Items Warranted: Warranty only covers fault caused by frequently use, not caused by man-made damage

Ⅴ. Warranty Rules: Whether the products is in the warranty, is judged by KingClima or its authorized dealers according to the warranty rules, clients has the right to appeal the result

Ⅵ.  Rights and Duty

1. This rule is valid since the date of purchasing the Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning ( HVAC ) and refrigeration systems, KingClima and its authorized dealer has the right to modified the rules.

2. The clients has the duty to monitor KingClima and its service dealers, and cooperate to meet the reasonable requests of KingClima.

3. Please show the requested warranty certificate, (ID of vehicle owner, licence or invoice of the vehicle, “product warranty manual”) . Without the certificate or with no clear label to specify the rights of the warranted owner, KingClima and its dealer has the rights to refuse the warranty.

4. Users in the warranty activity should cooperate with the KingClima and its authorized dealer to solve the fault. Damages caused by the delay of the user or other reasons caused by force majeure, KingClima won’t accept the loss and keep the right to get the compensation.

This warranty shall not be valid when the reported faults are as a consequence of inaccurate usage, wrong handling. Enjoying your using.
